This free open source programme offers several engaging activities to help learn and practice computer key-boarding. There are two distinct modes, "Fish Cascade" or "Comet Zap". Both these provide practice exercises and activities in multiple levels. Most activities involve hitting a designated key, or typing a word before the letter or word reaches the bottom of the screen. Workrave is a programme that could help in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive strain injury, or RSI which affects many computer users at both work and at home.
