Call Graph

Call Graph is a plugin for VOIP Skype that lets you record calls, for free. Unlike many other Skype recording tools, Call Graph has no limitations and its interface is simple. Among its features are that the tool automatically records all your Skype calls in an mp3 or wav format. The recording can be stopped or restarted at any point during the call and it automatically tags the calls with the display name of the contact and notifications are non-intrusive. The application runs as a Windows Task Bar icon on your machine and the notifications appear as a sliding window over the task bar and supports automatic upgrades. Some may find the sound quality of the recording not so good.

Watch Cat

Watch Cat uses a menu to keep track of programs you are running and lets you hide any running application from view. Application windows that are hidden by Watch Cat not only disappear from your desktop but also from the Taskbar and from the list of running tasks displayed by ALT-TAB as well. There are options to hide and show all windows and to hide or show your desktop icons. Other options let you hide and unhide programs using hot keys or by right-clicking on any application's "minimise" icon. You can even set up timers to hide or close windows. To hide or unhide any application, right-click on Watch Cat's System Tray icon and select an application from the menu that appears.

Wipe Disk can help a secure wiping of hard disks (both logical and
physical), USB memory sticks and floppy disks. It supports 14 wiping methods (e.g. two US Navy standards, the standard of the US Department of Defence, the US Air force and the NATO standard).

The application website and help file are in German. The application starts up in German by default, but you can change it to English. It provides nice visualisation of the defragmentation process, as well as detailed fragmentation report. It does write an entry to the registry indicating the language, but this setting is not user-configurable. System Requirements: Vista/XP/2000/2003, 32-bit and 64-bit and dual-core CPU supported. USB Disk Ejector
